Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Fern Care Services Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on visit scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
