Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oklahoma City, OK)

Clearpath Willow Auto Group is a Oklahoma City company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on parts orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
