Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oakland, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Juniper Care Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on licensing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
