Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Oakland, CA)

Bluepeak Stone Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oakland, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Investigate trends in visit scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on caregiver training. • Python or R for analysis.
