Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (New Orleans, LA)

Redstone Wilder Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around New Orleans, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
