Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meridian Facilities Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in customer sites and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cleaning schedules. • Python or R for analysis.
