Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Summit Early Learning runs childcare centres in Nashville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
