Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Rivermark Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Nashville design routes and schedules, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 842 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
