Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Wilder Insurance Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in catastrophe response and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on policy renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
