Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Redstone Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in certifications and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on test reports.
