Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Keystone Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on route schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
