Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Ironwood Sable Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
