Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Nashville, TN)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis.
