Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

Nova Haven Property Management is a Minneapolis property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in rent collection and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease renewals. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
