Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark North Insurance is an insurance company in Minneapolis with claims and service teams, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 530 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in customer complaints and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
