Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

Foxglove Corner Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 618 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
