Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

Redstone Basin Hospitality is a hospitality company in Minneapolis with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on group events. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
