Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Bright Markets is a Minneapolis retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Investigate trends in pricing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
