Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Quill Banking Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in card disputes and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on branch operations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
