Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Lantern Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Milwaukee region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 319 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
