Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on enrolment. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
