Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Redstone North Markets serves neighbourhoods around Milwaukee with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in promotions and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
