Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Corner Medical Associates is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
