Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Milwaukee, WI)

Bluepeak Field Financial is a financial-services company in Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on payment disputes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
