Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Orchard Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 869 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate trends in meter readings and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
