Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Junction Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Miami. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in waiting lists and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
