Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Miami, FL)

Amberfield West Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Miami region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Miami. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on usage data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
