Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Miami, FL)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Miami. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Miami. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in customer tracking and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
