Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Timber Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in training materials and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
