Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Ridge Pharma and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on batch records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
