Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

Redstone Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Memphis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
