Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Legal Group is a Memphis practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 392 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on trust accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
