Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Cedar Juniper Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on safety inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
