Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Farms Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Madison. What you will do • Investigate trends in cold storage and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on harvest schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
