Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Associates coordinates shipments and warehousing around Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on loads and lanes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
