Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Bright Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on maintenance stores. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
