Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Madison, WI)

Summit Haven Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Madison area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Madison. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
