Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 175 people based in Madison. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in benefits enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer shifts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
