Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak Summit Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
