Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Louisville, KY)

Rivermark Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in network equipment and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
