Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Louisville, KY)

Stonegate Quill Legal Group provides legal services in Louisville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
