Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for outage response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in outage response and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
