Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Louisville, KY)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Louisville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in group events and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
