Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Beacon Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
