Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Juniper Inspection Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in client sites and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
