Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Little Rock with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
