Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Summit Fern Farms is an agricultural business based around Little Rock, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on packing house output. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
