Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Summit Sparrow Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 968 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on volunteer programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
