Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Little Rock supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in food distribution and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
