Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Basin Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Little Rock. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
